Sustainability & Responsible Sourcing
Responsible sourcing at IGS covers the whole network: how we select partners, how we check quality and how we build supply relationships that last.

Built into how we manage the whole network.
Sustainability at IGS is not limited to any one link in the chain. It is built into how we choose and manage our entire network of manufacturing and sourcing partners, from raw ingredient origin through to final dispatch.

Three ways we source responsibly.
Responsible partner selection
We choose manufacturing and sourcing partners based on consistent quality and capacity. We encourage responsible, well-managed production practices across our panel rather than relying on a single, unaccountable source.
Quality as a sustainability practice
We check every batch ourselves before it reaches buyers. That helps reduce waste, rework and rejected shipments across the supply chain, and supports a more efficient, lower-impact way of getting ingredients to market.
Consistent, long-term partnerships
We aim to build recurring, long-term supply relationships with our manufacturing partners and our buyers, creating steadier demand and more predictable planning. We also look to align our practices with the standards and frameworks promoted by India’s Spices Board and APEDA (Agricultural & Processed Food Products Export Development Authority).
IGS is committed to consistent, quality-checked and traceable sourcing across our full partner network, supporting reliable, responsible supply from origin to export.
